If a classic cave tour is not enough for you, near Poreč you can experience a real speleological adventure.
SpeleoAdventure in Gedići is designed for everyone who wants to discover the underground world in a more active way and experience what it is like to be a speleologist for a day.
The adventure begins with preparation and an introduction to rope climbing and descending techniques at the Speleolit training area. Afterwards, equipped with appropriate caving gear and lighting, participants descend underground into the fascinating world of stalactites and stalagmites.
No previous rappelling or caving experience is required, and the programme is suitable for beginners.
GOOD TO KNOW:
• minimum age: 9 years
• maximum weight: 110 kg
• duration: approximately 3.5–5 hours
• maximum group size: 10 people
• all tours must be booked in advance
The activity is not suitable for people suffering from claustrophobia or epilepsy, or for those who have had a serious injury or surgery within the previous six months.
