Restaurant “Hrast” opened in 1971 in Poreč and is the first family-run restaurant of this beautiful ancient town on the northern Istrian coast. Family tradition and the offer of homemade food, combined with a magical setting close to the sea and within walking distance of the old town, make “Hrast” one of the finest restaurants in the area. Their Mediterranean cuisine always uses fresh ingredients from local producers, fresh homemade fish and meat, as well as fruits and vegetables. Dishes are prepared according to original, traditional recipes, and they make their own pasta and bread. While preserving tradition, they also embrace modern culinary trends, creating new and unique dishes complemented by local and premium wine selections. Their goal is to provide guests with a unique and complete experience, to which they will always gladly return.
