Description

Istarska Konoba Buići is a traditional Istrian tavern located in the peaceful village of Buići, just a few kilometers from the center of Poreč. With a long family tradition dating back to 1984, the tavern is renowned for its warm, homely atmosphere and high-quality cuisine.

The menu highlights Istrian specialties prepared with seasonal ingredients and local products, including meat platters with truffles and porcini in red wine sauce, homemade pasta, exquisite tartare, fresh local fish, prosciutto and cheeses, accompanied by selected Istrian wines.

Dishes are prepared using olive oil from the tavern’s own mill, and upon request, traditional dishes cooked “ispod čripnje” or over an open fireplace can be served, with special attention to presentation and flavor.

Istarska Konoba Buići is the perfect place for lovers of authentic Istrian flavors, relaxed gatherings, and special celebrations, offering a traditional and friendly ambiance.
