During the two days of the Festival, Tar will become a magical place. The magical World of imagination will be at your fingertips with meticulously detailed scenography and costumed performers scattered throughout the parks and streets of Tar. Various international and national artists will perform during the festival. Many clowns, stilt walkers, acrobats, puppeteers, jugglers and strong men will entertain the visitors.
