Sale of domestic garlic and awarding of IQ labels

On Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, 2024, Trg Slobode in Poreč will host the 5th edition of the Istrian Garlic Festival.

All those interested will be able to buy real local Istrian garlic braids at the stands, as well as various garlic products such as garlic spread, pickled garlic scapes and garlic scapes sauce.

On both days, the association will have its own info point where producers will give advice on the cultivation, production and storage of garlic.

The festival lasts from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Trg Slobode in Poreč.
